Center Gifts Project — the engraving service page presents its full offering as an unformatted text block with no visual portfolio, no social proof, and no above-the-fold CTA, making it impossible for B2B buyers to evaluate quality before reaching out; I would redesign it with a full-bleed gallery grid of engraved work, prominent client logos, and a sticky "Request a Quote" bar anchored to the viewport to immediately drive qualified leads.

A review of center.gifts before any pixel is touched — because great design starts with diagnosis, not decoration.

Issue 01

No above-the-fold CTA on service pages

The engraving page opens with a text block. B2B buyers make quick decisions — if there's no "Get a Quote" button within 3 seconds, they leave. There's no urgency, no conversion hook.

Solution

Sticky quote bar + hero CTA with trust badges

A persistent top/bottom CTA bar stays visible as users scroll. The hero immediately surfaces "Get a Quote" + phone number + a trust signal (e.g. "Serving 200+ OC businesses").

Issue 02

No visual portfolio of actual engraving work

Corporate buyers need to see quality before they commit to a bulk order. The current page has zero product photography or project showcases — it reads like a Google Business listing.

Solution

Full-bleed masonry gallery + category filters

A curated portfolio grid with filters (Glass, Wood, Metal, Awards) lets buyers self-qualify. Each item links to a case study with order specs and turnaround time.

Issue 03

Zero social proof or B2B trust signals

No client logos. No reviews. No testimonials. B2B procurement involves risk — buyers need to see that other businesses trust you before they'll place a 500-piece order.

Solution

Client logo strip + verified testimonials section

A dedicated social proof strip (local OC company logos + Google/Yelp ratings) immediately above the fold on every service page, reinforcing local authority and corporate credibility.

Issue 04

No clear hierarchy between B2B and B2C offers

Corporate bulk orders and personal gifts are mixed together. A marketing director looking for 300 engraved awards shouldn't have to navigate past wedding gifts to find pricing.

Solution

"I need…" segmentation on the homepage hero

Two clear entry points from the hero: "For Business" and "For Personal Gifts" — each routing to a tailored experience with relevant messaging, pricing context, and conversion paths.
